1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolates

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter together. Spread doughy mixture in oblong pan. Then mix 1 box confectioners' sugar, 8 ounce cream cheese, 2 eggs and bag semi-sweet chocolates with mixer. Spread this over doughy mixture and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
