1 German chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. oil
11/3 c. water
1 instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour in chocolate chips and stir. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Toothpick doesn't always come out clean when testing for doneness. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
