1 box lemon cake mix 1 box instant lemon pudding 3 eggs 10 oz. or 1 c. Seven-Up 2 or 3 tsp. lemon flavor 2/3 c. Wesson oil Grease and flour pan. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix eggs, oil, Seven-Up and lemon flavor together; beat well. Pour mixture over dry ingredients, beat well again. Bake in sheet pan for 50 minutes at 350 degrees. LEMON GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. lemon juice Pour glaze over cake while cake is still hot. |
