1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix first 4 items well and press into 9 x 13 baking pan. Mix next 3 items and spread over cake mixture. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans over mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (Very rich, cut and serve in small squares.)
