1 (18 oz.) Devils Food cake mix 1 (4 oz.) instant chocolate fudge pudding mix 4 eggs, room temp. 3/4 c. sour cream 1/2 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. amaretto 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. toasted almonds Powdered sugar or whip cream. Unsweetened cocoa powder 1 (10 inch) bundt pan Grease and dust pan with cocoa powder. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, amaretto and mayonnaise in a large bowl. Beat on medium speed until smooth (about 2 minutes). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour into pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 375 degrees or until tester inserted into cake comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Invert on wire rack. Let rest 1 minute before removing pan. Dust with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream. |
