CUSTARD CAKE
 

1 pt. pareve milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
Graham crackers

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. oil
3-4 tbsp. water

Mix together powdered sugar, cocoa, oil and water with spoon until smooth and place in refrigerator.

In a pot mix flour, sugar and pareve milk with spoon. Add 3 eggs and continue stirring. Place on stove on low heat. Keep stirring on low until mixture begins boiling. Consistency will thicken. Remove from fire and add butter and keep stirring until it melts. Let mixture cool half an hour.

Line bottom of casserole dish with graham cracker squares to cover bottom of pan. Place half of custard mixture on top. Place another layer of graham cracker squares and add the other half of the custard on top. Put on one more layer of crackers. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Take out and spread chocolate glaze over top. Place in refrigerator overnight. Must be served at least 24 hours later.
