2 c. milk
2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 yeast
1 heaping tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. warm water
Optional:
Cinnamon
Chopped nuts
Dissolve yeast in 1 glass of the warm water. Mix all ingredients. Let rise for 2 hours or until batter size doubles. Drop by tablespoon into hot fat, about 400 degrees for 8 minutes. Drain on absorbent towel.
Warm 3/4 cup honey with 1 tablespoon warm water. Dribble over puffs. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or chopped nuts.
