GLAZED CHOCOLATE TUBE CAKE
 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (4 serving) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. water

GLAZE:

1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
6 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cake and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and water. Start beating at low speed. When ingredients are thoroughly mixed, beat 10 minutes at medium speed. Turn batter in to a "Pammed" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan. Using a two tine fork, make holes 1 inch apart in the entire cake while still hot. Preheat glaze by mixing confectioners sugar and milk until smooth. Pour glaze on cake immediately and allow cake to remain in pan until completely cooled.
