PEACH YELLOW LAYER CAKE
 

1 box yellow cake mix
1 can peaches packed in juice
8 oz. container whipped topping
6 oz. fat-free yogurt, plain or vanilla

Drain peaches, reserving juice. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, substituting juice for part of the water, adding water as needed. Chop peaches; mix chopped peaches with whipped topping and yogurt. Spread half of peach mixture on bottom cake layer; spread remaining peach mixture on top layer.
