BANANA SPLIT CAKE
 

1 boxed cake mix
2 c. drained crushed pineapple
4 to 5 bananas
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 sm. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
Nuts and cherries (optional)

Prepare cake mix and bake in oblong pan as directed on box. While cake is cooling, mix cream cheese, milk and pudding until smooth. Spread on cake. Sprinkle pineapple on top of pudding mixture. Slice bananas. Put on top of pineapple. Cover cake with Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts and cherries on top.
