1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. zucchini, grated
1/4 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar, butter and oil together. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk (1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vinegar). Beat with mixer. Mix dry ingredients and beat well. Add zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. But check 30-35 minutes.
