1 pkg. lemon flavored gelatin 1 c. hot water 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 3/4 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice or extract Mix together gelatin and water; let cool. Mix cake mix and oil; beat the eggs, one at a time, until smooth. Add lemon juice and gelatin. Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 35 minutes in moderate oven and punch holes in top of cake.
