POKE CAKE
 

These go in: 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello brand raspberry flavor gelatin 1 c. boiling water 1 c. cold water

HOW TO MAKE IT:

1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 1 cup water and the oil in large mixer bowl, blend well. then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 4 minutes.

2. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool in pan about 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water.

4. Poke holes in warm cake with utility fork at 1/2 inch intervals.

5. Carefully pour gelatin over cake. Chill 3 to 4 hours.

6. Cut into squares and top with prepared Dream Whip whipped topping, if desired. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
