Mix 1 white cake mix according to directions on box. Let set 20 minutes then poke top with long tine fork. While cake is baking:

Dissolve 1 package of lime or strawberry Jello in 3/4 cup boiling water and add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour this over top. Set in refrigerator until cold. Frost with Cool Whip.
