PISTACHIO CAKE AND FROSTING
 

Beat 4 eggs well. Add: 1/2 c. Club soda 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 1/2 c. oil

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes; cool.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 pt. whipping or heavy cream
1 c. milk

Beat until thick. Frost cake and keep in cool place.
