1 pkg. yellow cake mix 4 c. rhubarb 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 pkg. strawberry Jello Cut rhubarb, place in bottom of 9x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 packages strawberry Jello over rhubarb. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream, if desired. |
