1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1 c. dairy sour cream 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 apples, pared and sliced Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, and salad oil. Beat for 5 minutes. Pour half the batter into 10 inch tube or bundt pan, greased. Arrange half of the apple slices on top and sprinkle mixture of nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Cover with remaining batter. Add apples on top with remaining sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Check after 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. |
