1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crumbled

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes Jello pudding (3 oz.) French vanilla or chocolate

3 1/2 c. skim milk (makes this very dietetic!)
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Add to top mixture. Line a flower pot with foil or put in a deep bowl. Alternate layers of cookie crumbs and liquid mixture ending with crumbs on top. Can add gummie worms in layers. Chill 2-3 hours. Can also add flowers before serving.
