1 butter yellow cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Grease and flour pan. Mix first six ingredients, adding eggs one at a time. Beat. Pour 1/2 into pan. Add cinnamon and sugar, then remaining batter. Cook at 350 degrees 1 hour. Cool 30 minutes.

Mix:

1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
2-4 tsp. hot water
