24 cupcake liners 24 vanilla wafers 2 (8 oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 can Comstock filling - peach, blueberry, strawberry or sweet cherry Line cupcake pans with liners. Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fill the liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until set. Top each with 1 teaspoon of filling. Chill and serve. |
