CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE
 

CAKE:

1 box chocolate cake mix with pudding
3 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit pie filling

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

CAKE: Combine all ingredients until well blended (with mixer if you don't want large cherry pieces). Pour into 9x13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until cake springs back when lightly touched.

FROSTING: In a small saucepan, mix and bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Stirring constantly, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until smooth. Spread over cooled cake.
