BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE
 

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, one at a time
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

FILLING:

2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. flour

1. Cream butter

2. Add sugar.

3. Add eggs one at a time.

4. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder.

5. Add flour mixture.

6. Add milk and vanilla alternately with flour.

7. Add blueberries coated with flour and sugar to batter and stir gently.

8. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
