HEATH BAR CAKE
 

1 box pudding cake mix (white or yellow)
1 (3 oz.) box chocolate pudding (instant)
1 egg
2 egg whites (save yolks for frosting)
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil

Blend all ingredients until moist. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 Heath bars, crush & sprinkle on top
2 egg yolks, from above
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

With beater cream butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla until blended thoroughly. Fold Cool Whip into creamed mixture. Frost cake and sprinkle Heath bars on top. Keep refrigerated.
