1 c. butter 3 eggs 2 c. sugar 1-2 tsp. almond extract 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients; dough will be fairly stiff. Pat into two 9-inch round cake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into wedges. |
