1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (one at a time)
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sour cream

Mix above ingredients in order and mix well. Put into buttered 9x12 cake pan.

Make filling:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix and put over top of coffee cake. Bake 350 degrees, 40 minutes or until tests done.
