2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pkg. nilla wafers 2 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar Have cream cheese softened or at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together until soft and creamy. Put paper cups in mini muffin pan. Place one nilla wafer in each cup. Spoon in mix (about 1 teaspoon) into each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When cool, top with favorite topping: cherry, strawberry or blueberry. |
