1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. oil
4 lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream or yogurt
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Sift together cake mix and chocolate pudding. Make well in center of dry mixture and add all other ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat well, then stir in chocolate chips with spatula. Pour batter in tube pan and bake 55 minutes or one hour at 350 degrees.
