CHOCO-KAHLUA POUND CAKE
 

1 box Pudding Devil's Food Cake Mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
3/4 c. cooled black coffee (double strength)
2 tsp. cocoa
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. Bourbon
1/2 c. Kahlua

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Bake in greased bundt pan 50 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then invert and ice immediately.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat butter, sugar and milk over medium heat. Boil for 2 minutes (stirring constantly). Take off heat and stir in chips until melted. Pour over cake immediately. NOTE: This cake tastes better after 1-2 days -- can be made way ahead of time.
