8 oz. cream cheese 16 oz. vanilla pudding 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 3 oz. box lemon pie filling mix 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 2 c. water 12 oz. pound cake cut in 1/2 inch slices Mix first three ingredients until smooth in a 3 quart mixing bowl. In 3 quart microwave dish mix next three ingredients until smooth, then stir in 2 cups water, microwave on high for 3 minutes, stir well and microwave again on high 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Next, in 8 inch square or circular serving dish alternate layers of pound cake, lemon filling and cream cheese mixture twice. Chill before serving. |
