1 yellow cake mix plus ingredients called for on the box
1 (12 oz.) soda (same as Jello)
6 oz. flavored Jello
3/4 c. hot water

Make and cool yellow cake following directions on the cake mix box. D o not use pudding or extra moist recipes given on some cake mix boxes. Poke many holes all along cake that has been cooled. Cake should stay in the pan. Dissolve Jello in water and pour over cake slowly to allow cake to absorb liquid. Immediately pour can of soda over cake. Refrigerate.
