HARVEST TIME PUMPKIN CAKE
 

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. In large bowl combine cake mix, spices and soda. Add eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat 3 minutes on medium speed. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before turning out. Optional Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon light corn syrup. Drizzle.
