1 white cake mix 2 egg whites - OR - 1 yellow cake mix 2 egg yolks 16 oz. sour cream 1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 tbsp. cinnamon 3/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) Mix as directed on cake mix box using sour cream for liquid. Pour half of batter into a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar and swirl. Top with remaining batter, cinnamon-sugar and nuts. Bake as directed on cake box. |
