1 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. soda #2 can crushed pineapple 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 egg 1/2 tsp. salt Drain pineapple, save juice. Cream butter and sugar; add egg. Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the juice. Fold in drained pineapple. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. TOPPING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nuts |
