1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice 2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 3 tsp. baking soda Dump above ingredients together in an ungreased 13x9x2 inch pan. Stir well. Bake at 325°F. for 45 minutes. FROSTING: 1 stick butter 8 oz. cream cheese 2 c. confectioners' sugar Combine ingredients for frosting. Frost cake when hot and then refrigerate. |
