2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
Put everything in a bowl and mix with spoon until flour disappears.
Pour into 13x9 inch pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes or until tester or toothpick comes out clean.
