1 yellow cake mix
4 c. rhubarb, cut up (use more, if desired)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 c. sugar

Mix cake as directed on box. Sprinkle rhubarb over cake mix. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
