WEIGHT-WATCHER'S CAKE
 

6 eggs, separated
1 egg whole
6 tbsp. sugar substitute
1 tsp. lemon extract
2/3 c. powdered milk

Beat the yolks of 6 eggs plus the 1 whole egg together. Add sugar, lemon and powdered milk. Whip the 6 egg whites until stiff. Fold egg mix into egg whites. Spoon into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool for 45 minutes.
