1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans
1 pkg. butter cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened

Melt 1/2 stick butter in bundt pan or tube pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans over this. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour over butter and nuts. Mix 1 stick butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Pour over batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Leave in pan for 15 minutes and invert. After you turn cake over, some may be left in bottom of pan. Spoon out and put on top of cake. This is what makes the cake ugly.
