BLINTZ SOUFFLE
 

2 pkgs. (12) cheese blintzes (defrosted)
1/4 - 1/2 lb. butter (or enough to cover, melted on bottom of pan or casserole dish)
6 eggs, well beaten
1 pt. sour cream
8 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. orange juice

Melt butter in 2 quart casserole and place blintzes in 1 layer on bottom. Blend other ingredients in blender and pour over blintzes. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until top begins to brown. Serve with strawberries. Serves 6 to 10.
