CRUST: 12 graham crackers, crushed (2 1/2" sq.) 3 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. diet butter, melted FILLING: 1 1/3 c. dry non-fat milk 6 pkg. Equal 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, reserve juice 1 tsp. vanilla 1 banana Whipped topping to equal 80 calories 4 tsp. coconut 1 c. strawberries For Crust: Mix graham crackers and butter together and press into 6 x 6 inch dish. For Filling: Mix together milk, Equal, pineapple juice and vanilla. Add enough water to make creamy. Spread over crust.
