2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. coconut 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 lg. jar marshmallow cream Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add rest of ingredients. This will be a very thick mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake. Remove from oven and while still hot spread the marshmallow cream over cake. ICING FOR MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE: 1 box powdered sugar 1/3 c. Pet milk 1/3 c. cocoa 1/4 tsp. vanilla Mix together and when cake is completely cool, frost with this. |
