1 white cake mix
1 scant c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
Extra egg white
1/4 tsp. salt
Extra 1/3 c. water

Mix per directions on box, adding extra ingredients. Oil and flour cookie sheet; pour batter into sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool; frost with favorite frosting. Perfect for birthday cake.
