1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed finely
1/4 c. melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, soft
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients for graham cracker crust. Spread on bottom of 8x12 pan. Grease sides of pan.
In mixer blend cream cheese, eggs, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla well. (There may be a few chunks of cheese in mixture.) Pour onto graham cracker crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until firm. Cool for 25 minutes.
While cake is cooling, mix in small bowl: sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cake and bake for only 10 more minutes.
