1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
3 eggs

Mix together. 1 stick butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Mix and put on top of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. The cake will fall, hence the name ugly cake. It is great tasting and perfect to take to dinners.
