2 c. self-rising flour 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg or cloves 1 c. oil 3 eggs 1 c. nuts (optional) 1 c. peach, apricot, plum, prunes or dates, pureed Stir all ingredients together and put in a greased and lightly floured Bundt pan (tap out excess flour). Bake 45 minutes at 350°F or until cake tests done (toothpick inserted in center comes out clean). |
