PLUM CAKE
 

1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs (room temperature)
2 c. sugar
2 sm. jars baby food plums
2 c. self-rising flour (sift before measuring)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar (sift before measuring)
2 tbsp. real lemon juice

Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients together, starting with eggs and sugar. Pour in pan and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Glaze cake while still warm. (Cake freezes well, also.)
