Prepare cake mix ad directed. Bake in two 9 inch cake pans. Cool. Stir the ice cream until softened. Stir in 6 drops red food color. Add 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Spread in foil lined 9 inch cake pan and freeze 2-3 hours.
Place one cake layer on plate. Add ice cream and put other layer on top. Whip cream, add rest of lemonade to whipped cream. Frost and freeze.
