BARBECUE SAUCE
 

1 medium onion
1 t. oil
1 cup catsup
3 t. vinegar
3/4 cup water
3 t. brown sugar
3 t. worchestershire sauce
1 t. mustard
1 t. salt

In large skillet, saute onion in oil until onion is tender. Add remainder of ingredients. Add skinned chicken breasts or pork chops to sauce. Simmer at low heat on stove for one hour or until done or bake for one hour in 350 degree oven.
