ROGER'S BARBECUE SOP
 

2 lg. white onions, chopped
2 lemons, squeezed & rind added
1 c. vinegar (not cider)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 stick butter
2 pods garlic, minced
3 c. water

Mix all ingredients. Use to baste brisket frequently as it cooks.
