PEANUT SAUCE FOR WINGS
 

2 teaspoons peanut oil
¼ cup onion powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups water
¼ cup soy sauce

In 3 quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat add onion, ginger. Strain out the onions. Cook, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in peanut butter.

Gradually stir in water and soy sauce until well blended. Bring to boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.

Serve hot or room temperature.
